There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.

All advertised artists, performers, DJs, hosts, attractions, schedules, performance times, and programming are subject to change, substitution, postponement, or cancellation without prior notice. Such changes shall not constitute cancellation of the Event and shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, exchange, chargeback, or other compensation, provided the Event itself proceeds as scheduled.

Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law or where the Event is cancelled in its entirety and no replacement or rescheduled event is offered. By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and accepts that admission is purchased for the Event as a whole and is not conditioned upon the appearance or performance of any specific artist, performer, DJ, host, or attraction.
